1. Ensure the quality of material and components have been verified; (perform lab testing if possible);
2. Record the manufacturing status;
3. Check the semi-finished and finished products at random;
4. Ensure the production lines and capability;
5. Ensure the package details and packing material;
6. Assess the workforce capability;
7. Ensure the factory performing the production well and won't subcontract production to other inferior factories ;
