Pre-Production Control
After you placing an order with the factory, you need to make sure that the factory has the necessary facilities and materials to fulfill the order at the beginning of the actual mass production and meet your required quality level. And make sure the schedule is at your fingertips. At this stage we mainly inspect the following aspects: 1. If the factory has the correct raw materials and components to your criteria; 2. If the materials are stored in an excellent and safe condition; 3. If the factory has the correct production instructions and plan; 4. Will they implement a quality control plan; 5. Do they have a certain amount of proper machinery, workforce and materials to meet the expected deadline; 6. To determine if the factory's production capacity is as claimed; 7. Check the first production samples; 8. Ensure your vendor won't subcontracting production to an inferior processing factory.
